Just some pages of the food/workout log I made with Bri!
I am absolutely in love with it and we started logging today, March 1st.
This is not some stupid diet. This isn’t fucking calorie counting. The other day we were talking about how our heads in the game, we love to workout. But what holds us back is our diet. We understand that but just simply cleaning it up we can create a better output.
This is me cleaning up what I eat so I can perform my best out on that track, and so I can finally say I am living a healthy life.
But I’m still going to eat regular junk food every now and then. Because to deny that would be psycho. I love food. But I also like knowing I’m not going to go into cardiac arrest anytime soon.
